We are a dry-hire mobile bar: your host purchases the alcohol, mixers, ice and water. We turn your selections into an efficient, beautiful bar plan and serve your guests professionally.

Alcohol, mixers, ice and water based on the customized shopping guide we prepare for you.

Do you provide the alcohol?
No. The Ninth House Mobile Bar is a dry-hire service. The host purchases the alcohol and we provide a customized shopping guide so you know exactly what to buy.
Where do you travel?
Local travel throughout the Hudson Valley is included. Events farther downstate beyond Westchester or Orange County incur a flat $50 travel fee.
How do I reserve my event date?
After your proposal and agreement are approved, a 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
Can I book Board & Vine or The Cart Collection now?
They are coming soon and are not yet accepting paid bookings. You may join the interest list and be among the first to hear when each experience launches.
